"Small room, even smaller bathroom. Very quiet room. Air conditioning is minimal. Can’t open windows because there are no screens on the windows. Had difficulty finding hotel limited signage, we arrived at night and spent lots of time walking in circles pulling our suitcases. Spent one night to catch a cruise the next day. I found the hotel interesting, used to be a residence of a nobleman that is why the is a private church as part of the hotel."

"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."

"Stayed here for one night before boarding my cruise and it was such a great place to stay and very convenient location wise. A quick walk to the beach or several little restaurants nearby plus only a quick 10 min drive to the cruise port! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I received a free bottle of wine for my hotels.com benefits, I also had free snacks/drinks in my room as well as free breakfast the next morning! The breakfast is really good! Lots of options and the pistachio croissant is a must!! Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone especially if you’re going to Ravenna to board a cruise."

"Staff, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast options very good. Good location, excellent restaurants near by. Couple of down points, bed mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable, so had to use spare blanket provided. Air conditioner was not working properly so room was very warm."

"This hotel was my favorite in all the places we went in Italy! Rooms were beautiful with big windows! I love that they had a a restaurant at the hotel as well, so it made things very easy. Food and staff were fantastic & very friendly."
