What a gem!
This property and property manager blew us away! Alessandra was extremely helpful in every way even helping us find a great local boat rental company. The accommodations were pleasant and comfortable with a beautiful view. Three minor negatives. 1. parking is about 200 feet down the road 2. loading/unloading zone is extremely tight on a busy, narrow roadway 3. The trip down to the lake on foot is extremely steep, albeit beautiful. We weren’t well prepared with our sandals :). We couldn’t have asked for a better price for the location tho!

Beautiful property in an outstanding location with breathtaking views. Alessandra was the perfect host, always available to help with any queries or provide information when requested. The bar by the lake offered a wide selection of delicious food and drink and the staff, relaxed atmosphere and music made our vacation.

Had a great stay. Beautifully located on the lake. Very quiet and relaxing area of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and had all the features you needed to cook if you want to dine in. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Bed was very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and provides a lot of great information on the local area. Highly recommend staying here.

Such a peaceful apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Alessandra was so nice and thoughtful. As well as running the apartment she runs the incredibly beautiful beach bar just down the hill. It was great to share a morning coffee with her and her partner as well as a night cap. There is a great restaurant in the village and a beautiful village church. The village is also on a water taxi stop making it easy to get around. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Hotel/Apt Lake Como
This place was perfect for our 2 days on Lake Como. A little drive past Como city but still very easy to drive back, or take the local water taxi or bus (we used both successfully). Beautiful, clean room with AC and a mini kitchenette to make yourself coffee or tea in the morning. They gave us a voucher for complimentary drinks at the lakeside bar (5 min walk down). Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Great non-touristy little spot
Great spot - the little beach and bar down on the lake edge was a great place to relax. I would get rid of Apple maps to get there and use the co-ordinates - took us some time in the dark to find after the map jumped around to different points. I would recommend having a car if staying here.

Nice apartment situated close to beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in August 2017. We had good weather throughout the week, making the location of this accommodation perfect for relaxing on the beach or using the local bus service to visit local attractions. The nearest bus stop is a very short walk with buses running each way on an hourly basis. Alessandra was a very friendly and welcoming host from the moment of our booking confirmation; we received a personal message as an introduction within 24 hours. In addition to this, she was a very attentive host who reached out to us regularly throughout the week to ensure we had all that we needed. Nothing seemed like it was too much trouble! The apartment was very clean and comfortable; if we hadn't have already read previous reviews we would have thought that it was newly renovated. The staff at the beach bar (also owned by Alessandra) were very friendly with music and a great atmosphere all week. All-in-all, we couldn't fault our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment - we definitely plan on returning in the future!
