"The bathroom in room 3 was so smelly that you couldn’t get good sleep during the night. The bed was facing the window which was directly facing the corridor. You had to close the window to sleep unless you gave up your own privacy. The breakfast was bad too. "

"Very very bad experience 1) I didn’t get the room I reserved 2) there were no parking and breakfast, which I expected seeing the offer from Hotel 3) The staff toke my personal language and stuff out of the room, without asking 4) the manager was rude and impolite when I complained. I had made a reservation for 4 days but left after the second day, because they chose to put me in a little room sharing with a complete stranger. I decided to leave and I was very pissed 😤 off. "The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent. Very servicial. They did us an early check-in. We used the Moroccan Restaurant the food was excellent with great service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. One major detail when we went up to our room, the toilet was dirty reason I put in a 4. The installation we pretty well maintained, not a new feeling but well maintained."
