The location is unbeatable, right inside a fortress overlooking the marina, with a breathtaking view of Pico Island across the water. "Un appartement très bien placé entre la plage de Porto Pim et le centre d'Horta. Beaux volumes, bonne literie, bien équipé mais les finissions et le ménage pourraient être plus soignés (lunette de wc qui bouge, ficelle des stores collantes, armoire avec une porte qui ne coulisse pas, douchette qui fuit). De plus on entend un peu les voisins et dans la chambre côté rue on voit la lumière du réverbère pour dormir, il faudrait un store occultant. Personnel très sympathique. Un endroit parfait pour...

"Great location but a little far from the port. Small luggage recommended for getting upstairs. Staff were attentive. They can book your airport transfer. My room has a great view of the marina and Pico mountain which were covered with clouds all the time. My bed and bathroom were good with great hot showers . There’s a kitchen you can use. I would stay again if I ever come back to the Azores."

"I was confused about how the key code entry worked, and the office sent someone to help us right away. From then on, things went fine. The main reason we picked them was their involvement in science and research, and a tour we received was beyond our expectations. "House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...

"An example of very bad organization. Check in 2 hours later (at 5 instead than 2) Water shower almost not flying Water stacked in the bathroom Washing machine closed by key and not accessible (had to call at 11 pm) The apartment has much more potential but not with this management. I would not go again."

"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming."
