Only negative is this hotel is located 3 miles from lake st clair but the hotel
Is not really fisherman friendly. Parking is not great if your pulling a boat you have to unhook and there is not many outlets outside to charge your boat. I’m sure this hotel was not intended to be a fishing resort but considering the location people that fish is going to stay there.

We chose this location as my mom was in a nearby hospital at the time I booked it. That and it was close to Buddy's Pizza and National Coney Island, which are two places we need to visit when we get to the Detroit area. The room and lobby were pleasing and very nice. I would book there again if the need comes up.

What made this one of the most incredible hotel stays I have ever experienced was the STAFF! From the first step thru the door smiles, welcoming, and fast and efficient. A trend that continued thru all 3 of the staff members I encountered at the front desk and also the housekeeping attendant on my floor!! As they say sometimes it is the small things...
