" This was a 2 week stay for us to do a visit with our daughter who is attending college in the area. If not for the help of Amy and Matt it could have been a lot different! We had a last minute change to our trip as our first rental was sold just 3 weeks before we were to arrive! We had to do some searching to find a place that met all our requirements, private pool, pet friendly at close to Toccoa, GA. "The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again."

"What a great way to experience lake life. The cabin was clean and just as described in the listing. If you ever visit during a heat wave like we did no worries the dock is shaded at 3pm and is the perfect time to float in the water and cool off. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch and at night played backgammon in the outdoor lounge area. Sammy responded quickly. Hope to return next year for the 4th of July again."

"Nice renovation with all the basics. Listing and reviews accurate. Dock in good shape but path is only for people with good mobility. Trailer behind this house is literally a few feet from the lower deck but no one was there during our trip. Upper deck is a great spot for a morning cup of coffee."
