Enjoy making memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Modern touch with 180 degree lake view. No steep hills or incline to lake. Lighted pathway to dock.
Enjoy being outside while you are inside. The most unique living space you can ask for. 2 living areas with 60 in Smart TV’s. Modern meets lake cottage. Covered dock, jet ski ramps, outdoor fire pit,wooded and shaded lot to enjoy the evening sunset. You can have it all! Family, friends, fun, sun and 20 minutes from Clemson football!

Parking is spacious. Completely private. Easy walk to dock. Outdoor living at its best! You will love the ambiance of the sliding glass windows & firepit along with the amazing grilling space.
