Beautiful, 1 Bedroom in the Hills of Fairbanks

This unit has everything to make your stay comfortable. After exploring Fairbanks, you can clean your gear in the washer and dryer, sleep tight on the memory foam mattress, create something special in the kitchen, work on your to-do list at the home office, or just unwind on the couch with free access to Netflix, HBO max, and Amazon.

The Space:
The bedroom is equipped with king size bed (and piles of pillows), TV, office table with chair, walk-in closet, electric fireplace, and black out curtains.

In the living room you will find a cozy couch, TV, and seating area with countertop. (If you need an air mattress or pack and play, just let us know and we will have it ready for you.)

The kitchen has the necessities. Most importantly... the coffee bar. French press, K-cup, standard coffee pot, local coffee beans, and a grinder! The kitchen also has Henckels knives and cutting board, pots, pans, utensils, measuring cups, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, blender, Instant Pot, dishwasher, and full range and oven.

The washer and dryer live in the bathroom, as well as a tiled shower, hair dryer, hair curler, hair straightener, and individually wrapped toiletries (if you're like me and forget to pack yours.)

Other things to note
If you are travelling with an infant, we have a pack and play. Please alert us a few days prior to your stay, so we can set it up (it's waiting in storage.)

There is a shared barrel sauna available, just ask for more details.

The entire apartment will be yours to enjoy. In the warmer months there is a grassy side yard you are welcome to use.
