Check-in was easy; staff was friendly and accommodating; room was clean & comfortable (smaller than most); didn’t take advantage of full breakfast, except for coffee, but it looked and smelled good; fitness center was clean and helpful (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and dumbbells/adjustable bench); lobby/breakfast area was a bit cramped; plenty of parking, even with lots of snow/ice; will definitely return!

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything in the room was clean and good. The lobby got a little gross at times, but the breakfast crowd was very hard on it. Maybe they have a staff shortage? Seemed like the front desk person was struggling to keep the lobby clean. Other than that, all good.

It took 3 rooms to get one that wasn't too hot, or dirty, but management was great to get us a good room. The breakfast was great (hot, not continental), the work-out room had what I needed (stationary bike, treadmill, stairstepper, free weights). There is not an airport shuttle, however.
