Property was very well maintained. Rooms were clean. With the cold weather being -40 degrees to 9 degrees while we were visiting Fairbanks in March, we love the 24 hr drink station for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Rachel (front desk staff) was really helpful and accomodating.

The overall experience was good. While no shuttle was available the hotel sent us a taxi which was great since we didn’t have to worry about cost. The hotel was good, always had coffee available and didn’t really have any issues with the WiFi

Nice, clean and fun stay! Very disappointed the Hot tub wasn’t working, if they would update and let us know we probably would have cancelled and went somewhere else! Hot tub and pool was main reason going there! Definitely should do discounts!

The staff is very courteous, and efficient to your needs. we had door issue, and it was solved immediately. The jacuzzi and pool is very relaxing, and fun! if you have children, bring own toys. The breakfast has a good variety of different options, which is very good also! convenient shuttle service to, and from the airport is reliable, and great!
