I ordered wine and balloons, they knew my arrival time; when we arrived, ice had melted and balloons were deflated"

"The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else."
