"My overall stay was not bad. I was a little disappointed, due to booking a King room, but when I checked in they only had a double. After stating I booked a king, they advised a standard room is a king or double and I could receive either. After that battle they put me in an accessible room, only to find a large waterbug/roach in there. I then had to pack my belongings, and they found another room for me to exchange into the following day. The staff was nice and did what they could do."

"Booked this room because of its proximity to the Atlanta Airport as I had a 6 am flight and was very pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely hotel with a very nice restaurant and bar and several other amenities. We had a wonderful meal and our room was spacious and very clean. I will stay here again when I'm flying out of Atlanta."

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "

"Didn’t like having to pay the extra fees for parking. The room did not have enough outlets and the main ones were broken. Overall it was a nice stay and near everything"
