Room was fine but found hair in tub and a dirty towel folded up inside a clean one. Yuck. Many areas of carpeting throughout the hallways were in need of a good cleaning. Did not visit the main restaurant but cafe areas had very long lines for breakfast. Not enough seating areas for those wanting to eat their cafe selections "

"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."
