Newly Renovated Townhouse - Minutes to Vienna Metro and DC

My newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 and 1 half bath townhouse is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This is a great location.. 15 min from DC, Arlington and 10 minutes to Tysons Corner. 2 miles from "mosaic district" with many great shops/restaurants. Easy access to 66 and 495. Walking distance to Vienna Metro stop (0.9 Mile) Starbucks, Safeway and restaurants.

The space

This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and basement with kitchenette in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. The house includes two flat screen TVs (42" and 43" and has extremely fast wireless internet and Dish network cable TV. One queen sized bed, 3 Twin sized bed, and one full sized bed. Additional we have a futon in the basement. The space would be most comfortable for group up to 8.
A few additional details-- the house entirely yours including basement, you will find zero clutter. There are 4 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty and kitchen cabinets are entirely cleared - with the exception of provided dishes and silverware.

We also provide a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. Washer and dryer included in basement.

We are 4 men (4 bedrooms are ideal) in for golf get together and tournament.
The beds are in good shape and the whole house is clean and neat. Left add'l things like laundry detergent/cleaning stuff if needed,etc. Has a nice little back garden area (fenced in) for evening cocktails in summer time-----could use a few more simple out door chairs, but we made do with the existing. Ideal location for Va golf courses and access to DC and Md if needed. Two parking spaces worked for us.

The property was as advertised, clean and had everything we needed. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and couple restaurants very close. We managed without a car, used Uber to take us to Metro and easily made it to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location and home.
The home was perfect for our group. There are three bedrooms upstairs (queen, queen, twin) and one bedroom downstairs (2 twins). The entire place was very clean and the owner was extremely hospitable and had waters, milk and juice for us at the home upon our arrival. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. We had a very positive experience and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay around the DC/Fairfax area.
