8/10 Good

"Breakfast ended earlier than what it said on the website. I was in a room next to the elevator - soccer players were there for a tournament. There were some loud people/kids. Overall the breakfast was good and my room worked for me."

"Very close to everything, great location! Very clean and simple room, not many frills. Outdoor patio for every room was so nice. Breakfast bar better than expected as I was under the impression that it was grab and go, but it had make your own waffles, eggs, and sausage that was actually good! Coffee also good and available all day. Breakfast attendant kept area well stocked and super clean! Front desk staff was also very helpful and attentive. Housekeeping very nice and easily accessible in our hallway to the point where we could just walk down the hall and ask for whatever we needed. Refrigerator in the room very helpful. Could have used a luggage rack in the room, but we used the desk so that was okay. Did not give 5 stars only due to us being on the bottom floor and the noise from above was very noticeable. Whomever was above us was either very heavy footed and early morning cleaning of the room above was also very loud ( moving of furniture and sweeper). Bed was comfortable, but too small which was our fault for booking the room with smaller beds. Would definitely book again in a heartbeat, but would book upstairs room and the larger beds."

"It was a good stay. There was a soccer tournament going on so the hotel was swamped with families of soccer players as the rain had cancelled everything and they were everywhere. Other than that, the hotel was good and the staff were very helpful. It was a comfortable stay and would stay again."

2/10 Terrible

"Not a good experience!! First off, we walked into the hotel and the police were there due to a 17 yo prostitute being forced to leave the property. Should have walked away then, but our family had been driving for 10 hours and were tired. When we got our rooms (2) they were on opposite sides of the hotel from each other. My husband and I got to our room and one of the beds had seman and hairs on the sheets, luckily we only needed the one bed. Once we got our stuff to our room we went outside to smoke and there was a half naked man yelling (sounded like he was getting beat up, but he was by himself) from the edge of the property. On our way back in to the hotel we stopped by our family’s room and their comforters were dirty. In the hallway on our way to our room there was a bucket and a garbage can catching water from the leaky roof. Oh the pool was also closed. Needless to say, while it was an experience, we would not stay here again."

"No mattress pad, only a plastic liner under the sheet. This was a bedbug-bag style plastic liner, completely encasing the mattress, so it is likely rarely cleaned. A raggedy mattress pad was provided upon my insistence, for me to put on the bed myself. The sheets were mushy microfiber, with holes in them."
