Spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, room temp was just right, and plenty of incredible New Haven favorites within feet of the hotel. Room style could be updated but when everything else checks the box, I can look past carpet and wall color choices. Absolutely would stay again!"

The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was noise all night. Staff were unhelpful when I brought up concerns, and overall the experience was not worth the money. "I really wish that they would fix the entrance to the parking lot. There are two really big potholes that you have to go really slow over and being on such a busy street. It’s nerve-racking because you have to go slow to avoid damage and risk possibly being rear ended "
