The bed linens had a very strong disinfectant smell, which was quite noticeable and a bit uncomfortable. It gave the impression that too much chemical cleaner was used. Aside from this, everything else was great, but I hope the hotel can improve this aspect for a more comfortable experience."

"Our room, 301, was on the highway so we got to listen to the traffic of the Merritt Parkway, not great. We had a heater that whistled and was noisy the entire night. There’s no refrigerator The only glassware was tiny plastic cups."

"The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating."
