"There is one small elevator to service the entire building, including the cleaning staff. The elevator situation is terrible. The front desk could not find my reservation and do not know how to spell common names. Check-in took 35 minutes, then the elevator situation and then the key to my room didn’t even work. No, I would not recommend this place."
