The elevator was slow, but that’s a first world problem and I adapted and is not a complaint. It is what it is. "The indoor pool was ice cold , when asked about the heated pool the staff stated that the thermostat was broken. Very disappointing! I book the room to indulge in the pool. I feel like I waisted my money and time. I could have stayed at another hotel with a working heated pool. "
