"Great location. We came for a concert in Ottawa; many excellent places to eat. The hotel room was perfect, a king bed and so very comfortable. The sheets and pillows and pillow cases were the best we’ve ever slept on. Great coffee in the morning and we’re picky coffee drinkers. Beautiful stay!!!!"

"This hotel was amazingly convenient. We returned our rental car and the hotel was just steps away. The next morning we literally walked down a hall to arrive in the airport. For early morning flights especially, this is ideal. The staff were friendly and the room was large, newly renovated and comfortable. The charging outlets were numerous and well placed. Ladies, the hair dryer even had a diffuser included! This hotel made the last leg of our vacation as good as it gets."

"The girl at front desk checking us in provided very confusing information upon checked in regarding parking. I ended up chose the weekend day rate rather than the hotel rate plus discount codes. Our friend checked in after us experienced the same. Better communication is required. Not appreciate her attitute and demeaner. Other staff were very helpful and provided good support and information."
