"The room was very clean with no lingering smell! The mattress was comfortable, but there were not enough pillows on the bed, and the quality of the pillows was low. (I probably could have asked for more pillows, but did not, so that is on me, not the hotel!) Reception people were friendly and check-in was smooth and quick. "

Our family always enjoys smores by the fire and Christmas movies by the fire afte a long and beautiful hike at Rickett’s GlenMy only feedback I would have ur to maybe have one more small couch or chairs so everyone can sit in a comfortable chair when we watch movies by the fire. "Check in was quick. The woman in the office was kind and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and a nice size. I felt safe traveling as a solo woman. The rate was reasonable as well. It’s an older motel, but kept up and clean. I really liked that it had vinyl planked flooring. I’m not a fan of carpeting in motels. I’ve stayed here before, and I would stay again. It met my needs perfectly. "
