"The studio roll out bed was terrible. They provided a mattress to put on top of the bed. This made a huge difference and slept well."

"We have stayed here several times and have had a great experience. This last stay we had a strong odor in our bathroom coming from the sink area. Staff came to review and suggested we spray something to cover up the smell. We asked for another room. We were originally told they had one but then they called and said they could not help. They did offer a $50 credit (we did not receive) but were unable to get rid of the smell. Very disappointing handling of our concerns. We left the next morning,...

"Drains in shower and sink were very slow. In addition there was what appeared to be blood on the light switch in the main part of the room"
