"In the kitchen had no plates, glasses, bowls pots and pans to eat and cook. We stayed there for 3 days and had to eat out. When I got there they said they would sell me pots and pots for $45.00. The floors where worn out, in the bathroom there was a 2" hole in the floor. Cigarettes butts all over the ground. In front of the room."

"The breakfast was great; I particularly appreciate good oatmeal and "fixins". Staff was not merely polite, but actually friendly. It's a very nice, well-run hotel that doesn't have possibly shady things going in in the parking lot (other competitors do have that problem). "This hotel is just ok. It's not anything special and looks like a crappy hotel but there are no bed bugs so I will give it that. I also booked a room for my mom and we checked in at different times. We booked a room for her that had a walk in tub but they gave her a normal room. The guy at the desk told her Checkout was at 9am when everything on the website and the office walls Clearly says 11am. "The room was up to par. Had issues with the bathroom toilet wasn't clean. Several of the pillows has stains on them clear as day. The sofa was very worn out. Had ask for extra supports to even sit on it."
