Wallpaper peeling off, broken and cracked tiles, elevator out of service for 3 days, toilet handle installed backwards, walls worn where the maid carts scrape, stained and missing grout in the shower, loose electrical outlet are examples. Breakfast was fine, bed was good, and the staff was friendly. "
