Our adult kids said they were very squeaky and made a lot of noise. The house was surrounded in a neighborhood where there is a lot of homeless people but the entire condo building is safe and utilized the th latch app and you also just needed to be mindful when walking. "We brought friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was great for getting to Broadway. We had no problem getting Ubers. The condo was perfect for our group to hangout when we weren’t downtown. Everyone was very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun rooftop. We came in June and it was hot, but at night the weather was ok for rooftop fun. Highly recommended. Stay Minty was easy to work with and responsive to any requests or questions."

"Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"I was never able to use the latch app to access building and to share information with my friends. We had to utilize the key pad codes for every building activity. The latch information did not match the information texted to me. I could only access the check out directions from email. I will never utilize the latch app as there was no consistent communication between latch and good nite services"

"The perfect house. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Roof top hot tub was nice in the evenings. Easy to walk from or take a short Uber ride. We all love it."

"This property is just a few miles by car to the major attractions in the area. It is not very friendly for walking to downtown. The grocery store is just across the street which is very nice but there is not a table to eat at or play games, just a counter top or coffee table. Rooftop is accessible by stairs and is on the fourth level. Not convenient for senior citizens."
