"Expensive for what it is but the good staff makes up for it because good staff is hard to find. Yes, it’s shared bathroom and kitchen. Rooms are not anything fancy but they get the job done. If you’re on a budget and only in Anchorage for a short time I can’t recommend it enough. Be aware, Anchorage has some characters . But the owners do a good job of scaring them off. Everything is kept very clean. I felt safe the whole time. I do wish there was separate bathroom for men and women. But...

"This was an easy property to find with convenient parking. An easy drive to downtown Anchorage and restaurants nearby. Our host welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment."

"The property when we pulled up was not clean. The landscaping was not kept up sans trash cans were over flowing and trash around. The inside ceiling tiles were coming down and stained the elevator flooring was coming up. Our room had slits in the carpet and big stains. Had an odor, we left the window open all night. The breakfast was only breads, cereals, wasn’t coffee made. Not good. Was so disappointed in that. The little breakfast area was so dirty. I don’t give bad reviews, but this one has...

"Based on all the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms were updated and very clean. The only thing would be a nice coffee station at the front desk for the morning coffee we had to run to Starbucks every morning. All in all it was a very pleasant stay."
