"Hotel is in a great location, set back on a quiet end of a hectic road. Only a 10-15 minute taxi to the pyramids/GEM. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We had a poolside room which was great for easy access to the pool facilities. The breakfast is brilliant, lots of hot and cold choices with a stunning view of the Giza pyramids. All the staff were great, meeting us on arrival, carrying our bags and were helpful with of our queries. Thanks for a great stay."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes. The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was magical, the food was excellent, and the panoramic view of the Pyramids made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I will definitely come back!"

"From the moment we stepped into the reception, our experience was fantastic. Ali and Ramy were absolutely amazing—incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready on time with the extra bed already set up for my child, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely fruit basket waiting for us. A special shout-out goes to Rania from Guest Relations. When I mentioned it was my brother's birthday, she went above and beyond to make the day extra special—she decorated the room beautifully and even coordinated with the restaurant staff to surprise him with a celebratory cake and birthday wishes during dinner. That level of care truly touched us. The entertainment was top-notch; there was a great show after the reception that kept the kids thoroughly entertained. We also spent a lot of time at the aqua park, which was a huge hit with both the children and myself. I must also mention the restaurant—it has clearly undergone a huge renovation and is now better than ever, with delicious food and excellent service (special thanks to merna). We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be repeating this experience. Highly recommended!"

Pyramids sunshine view

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
