"The apartment was very nice and very big. We were very happy with the communication from Hazem. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. The grounds around the apartment are really nice and the compound was in an excellent location. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying here"

"I couldn’t find the flat and The manager didn’t answer my calls at all, I ended up staying in a different hotel. Then he phoned me back after two days arguing about the price that I already paid and informed me that he’s cancelled the offer and I should get a full refund soon. Until now I got nothing!! Just totally disrespectful and careless manager, it’s a super annoying experience. THIS IS JUST FRAUD!!"

"Jaccuzzi was the best thing we had on this property with romantic candle lights. Free fruits served on side table. Great Pyramid view from the window over jaccuzzi. We took better family pictures with pyramids in background window from within the property. Staff was great and helped us book a dinner cruise with dance on same night despite short notice."

"After we paid for the rental, we desperately tried to get in touch with the owner, without success. Panicked about our upcoming trip to Cairo without confirmed accommodations, we called VRBO almost every day and they too could not get in touch with owner.The owner caused us a tremendous level of stress and VRBO would do nothing until we were literally stranded without a place to stay in a foreign country during the holidays. "The view of the Pyramids from this apartment was excellent and the apartment is also nice and well up-kept. The apartment is is a raggedy building and neighborhood, though. Be vigilant about this when you’re getting ready to book. The worst part of this booking was the owner/manager of the apartment. He kept pushing “tours” on us.
