"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "Liked the location, the staff and getting laundry done.
Not so happy with frustratingly slow wifi, unpowered room lighting and despite request no bedside lamps, unable to watch premium channels on TV as smart box cannot physically be powered up, No one to cook breakfast probably due to ramadan starting on my arrival, potential safety hazard with permanently ipen damaged cupboard door in bathroom."

"The area is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very helpful, helped us find a couple things locally as needed, however, we stayed 10 days and they only cleaned once. The toilet is leaking and the wall leaked when it rained. I extended my stay and they wanted cash not for me to use credit card.. "
