We had a wonderful week at partridge barn. The barn was so well equipped for young children. Our girls are 4 and 18 months and loved the toys and books which were a life saver on such a wet week! It was also great to have a proper cot for our youngest to sleep in rather than a travel cot. The barn was beautiful and very comfortable for our week's stay.

This property is so well stocked and everything is even better than the description. Lovely place to take children as well because everything is there for them, and more besides, including an enclosed garden area for them to play. Lovely property and well the ££££

Our family of four had a wonderful few days in north Norfolk enjoying the coast (spectacular) and local villages. The lovely accommodation helped to top off a great half term holiday. The only down side, was leaving!

Well placed for exploring North Norfolk, just 10 minutes'drive from Fakenham. The property is on one level, but with one step at the main doors. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs.

Lovely spacious barn conversion, with a well equipped kitchen. Having an en-suite and a bathroom was a real bonus with 4 adults. Lots of outdoor space for the dog and nice little welcome gifts for the adults!

Partridge Barn had everything needed for a great break in North Norfolk! ( and a whole lot more) Very well equipped, tons of space, very clean and well presented. Especially good for families with children. Lots of added extra touches to cater for this category of holidaymaker. Would definitely book again if returning to the area.

Lovely accommodation with excellent space for garden games for the children. WiFi was good, kitchen equipment plentiful and everything was clean and well presented. We didn't get around to paying the security deposit which we forgot about but it didn't cause a problem.

Very nice place. We had plenty of room & there was 7 of us. Nice underfloor heating. Was minus 6 in the mornings & rooms where ok. Could have been warmer but understand with high cealings this is hard at those temperatures. Lovely place lovely area.
