"If you want to expereince true history in Falaise and sleep on the ramparts with lovely views and a great room then this is a hidden gem of a place with a delighful host in Charles. "

"We knew that reception closed at 21.00 and we would not arrive before 23.00 so we followed the instructions to contact the hotel. Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again"

"The purpose of our stay was to be close the EHPAD Henry Dunant to visit a friend. It was convenient and having dining option was great. The staff was welcoming and the facilities were very clean."

"Make sure bathroom doors are closed when showering. Otherwise, the fire sensor will work due to vapor. Friendly staff, clean hotel, easy check-in and check-out "

"With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely secure garden area. The layout of the bedrooms (doubles/singles) wasn’t quite as listed, but we were able to adapt easily enough. Great to find a holiday location that is so welcoming to the disabled community. The play barn was a huge hit with the children and they enjoyed making friends with other guests, despite the language barrier! Kitchen was well equipped and the huge dining table was super for family meals."

"Novel experience having Bed&Breakfast in former stables. The refurbishment had been done to a high standard with attractive decor. A delightful French breakfast with croissant, bread, cheese, and jams. We liked the fact that car parking was behind security gates. Only booked for 1 night, but would happily have stayed longer. Would recommend."
