It is fully remodeled and updated, comfortable bedding and furniture, good water pressure, two bathrooms, and a convenient location. My only regret is that I would have liked staying in it longer! "This was a very private location within a 10-minute drive to the beach and restaurants. It's a little difficult to find (up a windy mountain road) but gave us the privacy and views we wanted. The house provides amenities and entertainment for all ages."

"Dimitrious place is a wonderfully appointed home with all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything you will need for a home cooked meal, but if you wish there are 2 village restaurants just a short walk away. Comfortable beds. Comfortable lounge furniture, just perfect for a short stay. I recommend"

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamata. Panos der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer mit sehr guten Tips und Ratschlägen versorgt. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse hat manchmal gestört. "Highly recommend. First and foremost, the property staff were amazing and incredibly responsive. Not only did they have a ton of local recommendations to offer, but they were quick to help us whenever we asked. As for the property, it was spacious, clean and located well in terms of proximity to beach, shopping and historic districts. "The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The rental had a very home atmosphere which we enjoyed very much. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms very clean. The pool is heated and perfect for a family to enjoy as well as a beautiful garden with a lemon tree. Very short walk to a very large market and to the beach lined with restaurants. We would love to stay again in the future."

"Perfect family vacation home close to the best spots in the Peloponnesus. The home was very nicely decorated, very clean and had a great AC. All amenities were available, even toys for the pool. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this rental."
