"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. "Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa)."
