"This property was excellent for our party of 5. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of space. The basement apartment was beautifully renovated. It didn’t feel like a basement at all. The host had thought of every amenity and it was well stocked. The location was great and really close to food and entertainment. When I first applied to this property I thought about the noise that would be coming from upstairs. I was right to be concerned. The first night we were exhausted from traveling all day. The noise from upstairs ( dogs and walking and I promise I heard a hammer) didn’t stop until 11 pm. The next night was quiet but every other night we could hear everything upstairs and it didn’t stop until around 11pm-12am. If you are ok staying up late then this won’t bother you at all. During the day we heard very little. I want to say this again, it’s a lovely place to stay and if it wasn’t for the noise above the apartment it would be a 10 out of 10 stay."
