"We are a family of 4 returning from a 5night stay at Mitsis Alila and had a great time. The facilities are are good and food in the al a carte restaurants were really delicious. The food at the buffet restaurant is a bit bland and boring but we were able to book the a la carte restaurants quite easily. The 1st night we were given a room near one of the adult bars which was noisy until about 2am but once we reported this to reception, they immediately changed our room and gave us a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Would definitely return here again in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the middle of may. Nice pools and good food. Not crowded. The room was very small, we had the room with the bunkbeds. We were 4 people, but there was only on chair in the room. The bathroom didn’t have a sink. The sink to the bathroom was on the other side of the room. I would not recommend four people staying in such a small room. No chairs to sit and relax together. There were two chair outside, but not a room fit for 4 persons. We didn’t get any bottles of water, just water tap water from dispenser. Not ideal if you are thirsty in your room. We had to buy bottles even though we had all inclusive. The slushy in the poolbar was also not included."

"Loved everything about this place. Starting with the modern and cozy interior and decor to the lovely staff and the convenience of the location. There are lots of restaurants, shops and bars in the area. The beach and beach bars are very close. "

"Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!! "

"What can i say about Esperos Village. This is the 5th time ive stayed here. The service has been excellent every time, from the reception and all the lovely ladies greeting us, to the rooms, the facilities are top notch. Generally, i would recommend this stunning hotel if you want some peace and quiet with a pinch of style. Well done to all at the hotel and the management for making out trip a memorable one.
