"Superior room disappointing. No double bed just two singles pushed together. Shower did not regulate temperature and shower head fixing ineffective. Executive lounge 'nibbles and drinks' poor and very disappointing. Sunbeds in pool area need to be monitored to stop guests putting towels down and disappearing for hours! Sadly location very poor. Neighbourhood rundown and unsafe."

"Perfection in every detail – couldn't ask for more! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is lovely, showing a real eye for detail with beautiful colors and thoughtful decor throughout.The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the food—breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is simply wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"

"This Boutique Hotel offered a warm greeting! Rooms are smaller modern and functional C/W a charming lift. The roof top restaurant offers excellent dinner and breakfasts, with an expansive view of the harbour. Convenient for the cruise port, will not hesitate to book in future visit!"

"Will start with postiive things. Staff are really nice. However, Expedia mentioned free wine bottle but never recieved it. I arrived a bit early but couldn't check in early. All night I had wierd smell from bathroom and couldn't sleep. I checked out at 6 am without even having the breakfast that was included in the stay due to feeling nauseas. Receptionist didnt even care to compensate or offer anything or ask even. AC wasnt changing to cold. Facilities are limited. Beach view from 2nd floor is so noisy from streets. I can hear all steps in the room above me. Pictures are a bit misleading as its on a highway. Maybe one day I give it another chance."
