"Als wir 17:30 Uhr eintrafen hatte der Vermieter noch keine Info. ĂŒber unsere Buchung, die wir betreits im Oktober 2022 vorgenommen haben incl. der Bezahlung. Unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung war nun von einem anderen Gast besetzt. Wir telefonierten sofort mit einem Mitarbeiter des FeWo-Portals, dieser darĂŒber keine Lösung geben konnte, auch kein Angebot fĂŒr eine andere Ăbernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Meinem beteits eingezahlten Betrag muss ich nun selbst von FeWo zurĂŒckfordern!!!
