Uns hat die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen, es war alles da, was man sich hätte wünschen können (vom Radio zum Backpapier, großen Anzahl der Haken im Bad und Schlafzimmer, Küchenrolle etc.), alles war sehr hübsch hergerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem, ..."

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. ..."
