This freshly renovated home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and sunlight shining through. You will love spending quality time with your family in the open gourmet kitchen with a large island with seating. The kitchen is a part of the Great Room that includes the dining room that seats 10 and the living room with a large TV and fireplace. Gameroom and Spa!

Note: The gracious host, Cory, resides on the self contained lower level of the property. Given his frequent travels, encounters are rare even when he's in. Enjoy unrestricted access to all the fantastic amenities— the main house, the yard, hot tub, game room, and more—without any sharing obligations with Cory or anyone else. Your privacy and enjoyment are our top priorities!

The space
Welcome!

This home is peaceful & secluded on a 1.5 Acre lot surrounded by Avocado trees. Book this home for the bride to get ready for her special day - or family vacation. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the deck or take a dip in the secluded hot tub. Lay in a lounge chair at night to see the many stars. Play corn hole in the yard or nighttime games in the comfy living room. Hear the laughs & cheers playing Pool, Foosball, air hockey and other great games in the downstairs gameroom.

GROUNDS:
Lots of birds and wildlife to observe. So many stars at night.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Oil & spices. Kitchen has a Coffee Maker. There is baby/toddler ware as well.

DINING ROOM:
Large dining table with 8 dining chairs. Beautiful views from patio slider that leads to the backyard deck.

LIVING ROOM:
Comfy couch and seating for 8. Smart TV with streaming device to log into your own accounts. We can not control what previous guests failed to logout of.

BEDROOM 1:
The Master has a King Bed, two side tables and two dressers. The Master has a door that leads out to the deck for amazing views of the mountains.

BEDROOM 2:
Often used as the kids room, but adults can stay there as well. There is a set of bunk beds (both are Full size and can fit 2 people each). Then there is a pull-out trundle bed that is twin sized.

PARKING
There is parking for 6 vehicles on our property. RV parking is available. Please let us know ahead of time.

SMART LOCK CHECK IN
You can arrive anytime after 3PM on your check in date for easy self check in. A code will be sent to you for the front door.

GAMES:
We have a variety of board games in the closet by the front door. Downstairs is the game room with a full sized Pool Table, Regulation Air Hockey Table, and Foosball Table. Children books and a couple toddler toys are on the shelf near the front door. We have a ping pong table outside (it's old and doesn't look great, but works fine).

LAUNDRY:
There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

DECK/COURTYARD:
Large courtyard with dining table for 10, a BBQ, Couch seating area, a ping pong table and other seating areas around the property. Lots of space for you to spread out.

HOT TUB:
The hot tub fits 3-4 adults. It's set at 102 degrees. Please put the cover on when not in use to keep the temperature warm. Please supervise the kids at all times around the hot tub.

NO SMOKING IN HOME OR ON PROPERTY:
No e-cigarettes, no vaping, no cigarettes ($500 additional cleaning fee if you smoke in the house)

QUIET HOURS:
10PM-7AM

WILDLIFE:
This is an open space property with no fencing. Many enjoy the 180 degree views. Many are excited at the prospect of seeing or hearing wildlife. There are coyotes, mice, insects, spiders, venomous snakes, birds, bats, raccoons, possums, ground squirrels, etc. We have never seen any of these (other than spiders and squirrels), but there is a chance of them paying a visit. If this is not a good fit for you, please be aware.

Please be aware that the host (Cory) lives on the other side of the property in a self contained building with his own parking. He travels most of the year, but even if he's home, you probably won't run into him. You have full access to all amenities. He does not use the yard, hot tub, gameroom, etc. You are not sharing with him or anyone else.
