We liked the fact that the room was spacious and clean. There were new double payne windows that openedWe got in late and that didn't seem to be a problem. How the management could improve the place is by modernizing the furniture and curtains

It was horrible no hot water in the shower.. when you open the hot water water wouldn’t even come out only on the cold side. Found 2 grasshopper in the bed where my kids were sleeping. Wouldn’t recommend it when. I speak to the lady working in the office about the water all she said okay if there’s anything else besides the water and grasshoppers.

The AC was not working properly and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They try to charge me extra for something that I had already arranged through Expedia and the front desk was very unhelpful and didn’t let me properly explain. The room was ok, although it was not as clean as they advertised.

If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place. However, it was clean, safe and affordable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and that is exactly what I needed for the two nights I was in the area. The only thing I would change is maybe state on Expedia or other booking sites that a deposit of $100 is due when you check-in whether you book through here or not. Other than that, everything was fine and I definitely will keep this place in mind when I am in Fallbrook again.

Room just smelled like smoke, bathroom was pretty much falling apart. Toilet was dirty, cover to tank was not even the right size, shower knob was upside down and backwards, spiders were in the bathroom corner. Bed was so uncomfortable.
