"This was a very disappointing hotel experience. We had no hot water in the morning on consecutive days, which made it difficult for my family to get ready. Hot water is a basic hotel amenity, especially during normal morning hours. I tried contacting the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I also went downstairs and could not find anyone available at the desk. After waiting for an extended period, I still was not able to speak with anyone. When I raised the issue later, I was told the lack of hot water may have been because many guests were showering at the same time, and I was advised to shower at night instead. Guests should not have to change their shower schedule because a hotel cannot provide reliable hot water. Our room was also not serviced, even though we did not display a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I brought up these concerns, the response I received did not resolve the issue. I was told to speak with management later, but no clear availability or follow-up was provided. I also contacted IHG guest relations and was told the matter had been reported, but I did not receive any follow-up or resolution from hotel management. Overall, the lack of hot water, unavailable front desk support, missed room service, and absence of follow-up made this a poor stay. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel."

Fall River Stay Cozy 3BR sleeps 6 + Free Parking + WiFi

"Overall the space served its purpose. We wanted to be close to the Lizzie Borden house and the ships at the dock for some tours. My hangup with the space was the cleanlines. The bath drain is broken so the water doesn't go down. The tub was dirty which I cleaned prior to my first shower. The bath mat looked like it hadn't been washed in some time, fake flowers were dusty. The decor was also a little mish mosh with faded artwork, sports memorabilia and other things. No sponge in the kitchen, hair on the bedsheets. Also given the warm temperatures I would have hoped for air conditioning or at least fans for each room."

"The property was very thoughfully put together and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were great! If the weather had been better, we would have used the outdoor eating area, fire pit and pool. There is foosball and air hockey in the basement, which was good for rainy weather. There is also a good selection of toys and games for all ages. The wrap-around porch is a delight, right on the bay.Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay, and Gary was a very responsive host. One of highlights of weekend was a dinner prepared by Sydney McClymonds, chef of SM Private Chef & Caterining. Working with Sydney to plan the menu was incredibly easy, and she made a delicious, memorable meal that we all enjoyed! Highly, highly recommend!"

"The home was clean and instructions for entry were easy to understand. The parking is private and easy accessible with a SUV. The kitchen came stocked with more than expected bringing more value to the stay. The downside to this property is the noise, no ifs, or buts about it. If you highly value sleep this is NOT the property for you. The property is on a very busy Main Street and the window A/C units make noise cancellation impossible. If you are a accustomed to sleeping near an airport this property will pose no issues"

"This quirky house had great views of the water from the dining area and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom had lots of light and needed blinds. Coffee pot did not work well. Ours was a short two day weekend for a wedding . The cottage had all we needed. There is no oven but had microwave, toaster oven and range."
