The space of this house was perfect for our family of 16. The outdoor space was so nice for the kids to be outside, and family walks. The house was literally furnished with everything we could have needed, super comfortable beds, great open concept with the kitchen and living room.Joe was a great host and very communicative.We would definitely use this house again.

We had the best week with family! The house offers plenty of space. The screened in porch was a great asset to enjoy being outside and playing games. We had a great time kayaking, fishing, and swimming.

Wonderful place!

We had a really nice weekend here. The house was fully stocked and very accommodating for a large group. We really enjoyed the extra things such as the canoes, kayaks, life jackets and floats. The homeowner was very responsive to questions. We will want to rent this home again in the future!

This place was AMAZING! The area down at the water was great. We set up a pop-up tent and pulled our boats and jetskis straight up to the beach area. There was ample room for everyone in our group of 15 and plenty for them to do when we got back from our days on the lake. We had an absolute blast.

Great Sibling Weekend

Great house! Enjoyed the fire pit, canoes/kayaks, large dining table, Happy Jack’s Winery, etc. House was as advertise – plenty of room, well stock kitchen, clean, easy to deal with Property Mgr., etc. This is our second straight year to come back and we will return!

This house had everything we needed! Enough beds, all kitchen needs! The screened in porch was an added bonus! The only thing we would have liked is a pantry to put all the food that four families brought. Would definitely recommend this for a large group gathering!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at this lake house. The house was clean and very big. Lots of room for a big family. We saw deer everyday on the property. The lake was really cool. The kids loved down stairs. Thank you for letting us stay. Very quiet area as well.

The house was great for our large family gathering. Due to the weather, we did not make use of the lake or screened in porch. There were plenty of rooms for each group and the living/kitchen space was great for everyone to spend time together.

Family vacation 23

We had a wonderful time. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. We had 15 there (4 generations) and had plenty of room, even for us to have family meals at one table, and things to do to keep us busy. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The only downfall is there is no bathroom downstairs. Lots of wildlife to see. Again, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great place to stay lots of extras

The house was fantastic, plenty of room and very much surprised at how many extras like board games and card games great big back yard with swing , access to kayaks and other water things kitchen well stocked, beautiful location screen in area was fantastic very comfortable. One downside the thermostat is not able to be adjusted, you have to call host and he can remotely change the temperature to what you want need a one you can adjust with limits on how high and low you want it. Over all my family had a great time and would highly recommend the house.

Very comfortable home with plenty of bedrooms for our family

We had a nice stay at this house. This home has plenty of bedrooms. We were very comfortable & felt at home! Originally we booked for 14 people, but only 12 were able to come. This trip was a surprise for for my brother's 70th birthday! And yes, he was surprised! Some previous reviews noted that the kitchen was well stocked. We found that to be true. There was even a cake pan to bake a cake! We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and sitting on the screened in porch! Thank you, Joseph!

The B52 Annual Getaway

Our group of girls from High School rent a VRBO every year to go away to. This year we loved the comfort of this home. The two table seat 16 people. We played cards at dinners together and had our annual craft making all together. Fun. One of the air conditioners was not working and Joe had someone fix it right away. He was always available for our text and calls. Great host. The outside porch was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was gorgeous. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels. We hope to go back next year.

Sibling Weekend

GREAT!!! What a beautiful setting, house, weather, etc.!! My siblings and spouses (15 in all) had so much fun! The kitchen was well stocked and a huge table to sit around to eat and play games. The fire pit was a great place to gather at the end of the evening to reminisce. A trip to Happy Jack’s Winery on Saturday afternoon was fantastic and highly recommended. A BIG 5 star rating from me and my siblings! Thanks Joseph for being so easy to work with and for being so patient in answering all of my questions before and during our stay. Thanks again and we will definitely do it again!!!

Beautiful setting

Communication with Joe was quick and easy. The house is beautiful and on an amazing piece of land. Plenty of room and amenities for our ladies’ group. Clean, well stocked, very comfy furniture and beds. The only con is all 3 bathrooms are upstairs via a narrow spiral staircase. (However, it is an easy walk around to the front door if you don’t want to use the stairs.) Several bedrooms are also upstairs in case you have those who can’t use them. Home access is handicap accessible. It is out-of-the-way and first arrival is best during daylight due to narrow, winding road. Plenty of parking in a gravel area that is fairly flat overall. Once there you will have a great visit!

The main of the house was clean. There were cobwebs on the deck and up high in the ceilings. The stair well to the basement was challenging. The top part had a card board over the far side. The screened in porch was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing you can think of ! When the power went out I called the host and he was easy to contact and worked well with us. For our group we were too far from attractions for the kids. The access to the water was nice, however we had rain most of our visit so didn't get a chance to use the fire pit or fish much. Over all for adults great place, for young kids who want to do something every day not so much ! But having all our kids and grand kids in the same house for a week was the best !!!
