"When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."

We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"The hotel itself was very nice, clean , and the staff was very friendly. It was also in a good location to walk to the falls and nearby attractions. However I do dislike paying to park at the hotel. Overall, I would stay again if traveling to Niagara Falls. "
