Head up into town and you’ll find Falmouth’s mix of independent shops, galleries, artisan bakeries, pubs, and brilliant places to eat. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall is close by on the harbourside, and the whole area has that lively, coastal energy that still feels relaxed and walkable.



Getting Around:

Falmouth is easy to explore on foot from here: the waterfront is a short stroll away, and the High Street is close enough for morning coffee runs and evenings out without needing the car.

If you’re arriving by train, Falmouth has its own branch line connecting to Truro, where you can link up with mainline services. Driving in is straightforward too, and once you’re here you can dip in and out of town as you please, then retreat back to the peace and the views above the harbour.
