Quiet and charming B&B. The rooms are great, staff is nice and owners and their dog are great! Walking distance to the Main Street with coffee, restaurants and shops. We stayed a few days with a quick day trip to Martha’s (which we walked to the ferry)

This was a lovely bed and breakfast and was very well run. The owners and staff made the stay amazing. Billy's cookies are amazing! Well worth the time and money and would highly recommend a stay here.

Owned by a lovely and welcoming couple, the Palmer House Inn boasts a property that honors prominent writers. The Inn’s mascot Brody and the staff truly made the stay at the beautifully aged Victorian home one of a kind. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

The Palmer House Inn was a beautiful B&B located within walking distance of shops, dining and Martha's Vineyard ferry. The first thought my wife had was that "they thought of everything!" Every detail was attended to. Inn owner Tom was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We have stayed at many B&Bs and this one was one of the best!

Friendly & cute room! Nice front porch to relax in ricking chairs. Easy access to shining sea bikeway & town. All walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful, wait staff attentive Only didn’t really enjoy the big dogs tail swishing on our table at breakfast. Definitely a lovely place and will go back

The premises was very welcoming! I enjoyed relaxing in the parlor while getting settled after a full day of activities. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was so willing to go out of their way to make sure my order was perfect! Enjoyed meeting Tom and his dog before we left. A fantastic place to enjoy peace and tranquility!!! The hosts Billy and Tom are magnificent people we so enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House Inn. The attention to details are incredible. Love the comfy mattress, fine linens our suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast outstanding many delicious selections oh wow the almond pancakes most delicious. Parking on site so very convenient the grounds so well kept. Can’t wait to go back again. Much thanks to the hosts and wonderful staff!!!

Amazing property and stay at The Palmer House Inn. Very gracious hosts, delicious breakfast and amazing room. Very clean and comfortable bed with the most amazing linens. I did not want to get out of bed. Beautiful property and plenty of parking at no charge. Felt like I left all of the world's worries behind .... Gardens so beautiful and the attention to detail on every item considered. We would definitely stay again. Brodie, their dog, was just an added bonus when we checked in. Very memorable part of our vacation.

Perfect gem

On a scale of 1 - 10.....I rate it a 20. It was such a beautiful place and in the perfect area. We walked to dinner, came back and relaxed on the porch. We were enjoying the peace and quiet and then we heard the church bells ring 8 times and then a little song played ever so softly. The Inn had beautiful antique furniture. Always had some, water, coffee and snacks out. The sweetest woman checked us in and then showed us around. We definitely want to come back and stay for 3 or 4 nights.
