"The resort is beautiful and clean. We felt safe since it is gated. We had a great time at the pool and beach. The entertainment was very enjoyable. There were two occasions which caused us some annoyance. First, the power was out in our room for over three hours on our first night due to a broken lamp. We were unable to shower or have air conditioning from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am. Then, on the second day our key fob wouldn't work, so we couldn't get in our room. It was "reactivated" on three occasions but still would not work. After a security personnel checked the door it was believed to be activated to another room."

"Truly cannot recommend this resort enough. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and ensured our entire family had a wonderful time. From the welcome cool towel and cocktail, to making sure our glasses were full by the pool and on the beach, to stopping us on our way back to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the restaurants on the resort are AMAZNG. Making the reservations was kind of a pain but so worth it. Some of the best meals our family has eaten. It never felt too crowded, and you could relax or party as much or as little as you wanted. There were some peddlers on the beach, but there were never too much of a nuisance. All around our family cannot wait for our next trip here to enjoy the luxury and experience. "I feel very safe here. I found myself unexpectedly solo and I haven’t been to Jamaica in years so I was a bit unfamiliar with my surroundings.The food was good and they had entertainment and a nice beach area to swim. The staff made me feel welcome and safe. Would definitely stay here again. "
