"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. When I got there I was told I couldn’t get the King sized bed that I ask for in both of the rooms I reserved. Also the view was not a beach front as reserved. "Resort was great and staff was super nice and accommodating, only problem was the room I originally booked wasn’t ready so I had to have a downgrade for one day. But I am still leaving a 5 star review because my experience otherwise was that great, will definitely be back one day"

Very clean and nice. Not alot to do as a the resort is secluded. Excellence Oyster Bay is beautiful and excluded. Great views. The staff aren't as nice as other Excellence properties I have stayed at and do not go above and beyond.
