Adorable cottage in a park-like setting located at Do Drop Inn Cabin Rentals adjoining the Blue Ridge Parkway. Two miles from Fancy Gap restaurant and shops. Nearby is Blue Ridge Music Center, Mabry Mill, New River Trail Park, Doughton Park and Mt. Airy N. C. This great little getaway features one bedroom with a full bed and one bathroom w/ shower. Small kitchen a front porch that was built to make you relax with a stream running by that makes for an affordable cozy getaway! Local TV reception in the unit. Cabin features two fans No Air Conditioning .Creek Side is like being in your on nature preserve with pristine landscaping, outdoor grills and walking trail.

Damage Charges: The vacation cabin will be inspected after each tenant’s departure. Amazing cabin and amazing owners.

Our stay at the Creekside cabin was outstanding! The owners were so polite and welcomed us with two slices of a wonderful cake. We would highly recommend staying at any of the cabins they have. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you William and Susie for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin!

Creekside Cabin

The sweetest little cabin neatly tucked away into a private, wooded spot among the rhododendrons on a hillside in the mountains, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hosts Susie & William are absolutely wonderful, and will greet you with yummy carrot cake! Nice walking trails through the property! You will leave with new friends.

Awesome little cabin in the woods

The property was very clean and well maintained. The cabin is very small and cozy. No Internet or cell service so it made it even better to spend time together. The owner greeted us and was super nice. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Cozy Woodland Bliss

The hostess greeted us with help to carry our bags down to the doorstep via her jolly golf cart! She welcomed us further with carrot cake! The Do Drop Inn was very clean, well appointed and very, very cozy. It was complete with a gazebo, fire ring, trail, firewood, and a stream running in front of the cabin. Idyllic!

This was a quick get away for my husband and I. I was a little nervous about the no A/C but it was NOT needed and the no Wi-Fi was really nice. Honestly you couldn’t ask for a better unplug and the hosts are beyond wonderful including the added carrot cake! Highly recommend!!!

Great Beginning

Only had 2 days to spend on our travel north. Very nice break. No internet or phone signal at the cabin and that made it even more special. Sometimes you just need to to unplug, unwind and relax on the porch!

Fairy Tale

The cabin was perfect for two people. It was clean and comfortable with everything you might need for a weekend in the woods. The hostess was very nice and brought us some delicious carrot cake to welcome us. The grounds were outstanding with a beautiful spring fed creek right next to the cabin. The cabin interior was really cute and we didn't miss aire conditioning at all. Overall the place remided me of a fairy tale cottage in the woods.

Creekside cabin at do drop inn

My wife and I spent our 1 year anniversary at creekside cabin. The owners very respectful, kind and even brought us a slice of homemade carrot cake. This cabin was tucked away next to a trickling creek providing very mind soothing sounds. Wildlife present on a the walking path around the property. Would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking to be one with nature for a bit and escape reality. Would give more than 5 stars if i could!!

Cozy and comfortable

I love camping, my wife does not. So this cabin with the windows open in July was the perfect compromise! The property was well designed, we loved the walking paths and wildlife everywhere. No AC concerned us going in, but the nights were cool enough that we needed extra blankets. Private feel and everything you need. We will be back.

What a delight!

This adorable cabin was so cozy, and the privacy was fantastic. The scenery was like a dream. We met Susie shortly after arriving, and she was so kind and helpful to us. I was worried about staying somewhere in Virginia in June that didn’t have AC, but the shade and cool mountain breeze at night kept us at the perfect temperature. I can tell William and Susie have put their heart and soul into maintaining this gorgeous property. I can’t wait to go back, so if you’re thinking of staying here then do it! You’ll be the lucky one :)

Peaceful

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place and the Dew Drop Inn did not disappoint us. This was just what we needed. It was so quite.We loved sitting on the porch listening to the rain and seeing the deer. William and Susie were super nice. And oh yeah I cannot forget the carrot cake!! It was delicious... Thank you Susie. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will see y'all again.

A piece of Heaven in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Hard to put into words the beauty of this location. Surrounded by trees and greenery, this enchanting cabin features a stream with a tiny waterfall adjacent. The stream runs under a small bridge which is a part of the walking trail on the property'. It was hard to leave and go anywhere. The cabin's front porch, hot tea and a good book are just what the Dr. ordered! Everything inside is cozy, charming and efficiently apportioned. The owners are a genuine delight and brought slices of homemade gourmet carrot cake when we arrived. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to get away from it all!
