"One of our favourite places to stay on our holiday. We liked the decor, the bathroom had underfloor heating and the staff were incredible, I can't say enough about them. They helped us book a cab for a very early ferry to orchid island and even made us a breakfast box the night before! My Chinese isn't very good but they were incredibly patient and spoke slowly. When we told them we just got engaged they decorated our room with flower petals and balloons. It's very close to the beach and they have a QR code at the front desk linking to nearby restaurants they recommend. Recommend it very highly and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we next come to Kenting."

"My partner and little 7 year old girl stayed for 4 night. It was amazing. The breakfast was superb mix of western and lively Taiwanese food. The beach was stunning and we even swam with some turtles in our last day that came to visit. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Gloria Manor. It is a 5 star view and service. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. They clearly prioritize customer service. We loved being the little bit away from the busy beach area perched up in the mountains with glorious views. It is worth ensuring you book an ocean view room! Beverages, tea, and snacks were stocked daily, and the little touches like a reusable glass water bottle with filling stations as higher quality slippers were a convenient touch. We were without a vehicle and felt no inconvenience at all. The hotel shuttle runs as often as you need it and will get you to the most frequented spots any time (park entrance, beach, night market). Breakfast was exceptional and the pool area was lovely - huge, super clean, well-maintained, quiet, and has all the little extras you need. Our only wish was that the restaurant had more light snacks or meals at a more reasonable cost. We ended up feeling a bit forced to go down to the main street for lunch and dinner, a street with limited hours and options, even though we would have preferred to have remained at the hotel at times. Overall, we loved our stay, were sorry to have to leave, and will certainly plan to return one day. Ignore any negative reviews. I have a fairly high bar when it comes to hotels, particularly around cleanliness and decor, and it was easily met. "

"Very beautiful hotel with four cottages, lovely environment, and wonderful settings. Not in the busy main street but have shuttles to the main street, so very quiet but convenient. Breakfast is fantastic, they even offer welcome ice-cream. Highly recommended! "

"This is a great place to stay at South Beach. Clean rooms very friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated. You are right on the main road but road noise was not bad. "
