Nice 3 stars hotel, old but in a good condition, anyhow all hotels in the area are old 3 stars, it is a family hotel, they are friendly and they have avery friendly and active young man who serve in the breakfast room, only two negative things for me (they have a climate system, not cooling system - toilet seat and shower place are very small, same like all neighbors), breakfast is not bad (average), nearly 50 meter away from the beach, the area is really nice and full of restaurants and cafeterias and they are not expensive, train station is 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes to fano center, it's a nice hotel for those who don't look for a luxury hotels especially with the nice familiar system, fano is a touristic area for the Italians more than the foreigners and that's why it's a very nice and coooool

This was a very clean, simple hotel, situated right along the Adriatic coast. We were fortunate to have rooms with a sea view, and there were shutters that could be used if it became too hot in the room. The showers are a little bit small, but we found that pretty inconsequential. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are really fantastic! All in all, an extremely pleasant experience!

Excellent Location Near the Beach
A fairly short walk from the train station, the hotel faces the beach with beautiful views of the Adriatic. The hotel is a bit worn, but generally comfortable & quite inexpensive. Although I was there off-season & the hotel was nearly empty, I was still charged a late check-out fee for departing after 10:00 .

Posizione buona, centrale con parcheggio gratuito. La struttura è priva di ascensore le camere sono vecchie ma pulite, eccetto qualche zanzara di troppo, l’aria condizionata non sempre funzionava. Sicuramente la cosa peggiore è stato il check out, la signora al ricevimento mi ha letteralmente cacciato dalla struttura... ci sono modi e modi per dire le cose, quello usato dalla struttura sicuramente non è inerente con una struttura alberghiera.

Camera piccola e decisamente da rimodernare nell'arredo. Bagno piccolo ma rimodernato (tranne box doccia) e pulitissimo. Bella la vista mare. Colazione non male ma mi aspettavo di più considerando le recensioni precedenti. molte abbondanza di torte e brioches..ma la zona salato lasciava molto a desiderare sulla qualità degli affettati e anche la frutta c'era ma non così invitante. Nel complesso soggiorno gradevole ma non si eleva dalla media.

Personale gentilissimo e cortese, struttura pulitissima, attrezzata e colazione davvero fantastica!!! Unica piccola pecca, il bagno davvero troppo piccolo, per farsi il bidet bisognava incastrarsi, ma noi siamo stati una sola notte e la cosa ci è pesata poco; per il resto tutto perfetto...frigobar in camera e l’hotel è davvero a due passi dalla spiaggia! Bel soggiorno!!!
