"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"Schöner sauberer Bungalow. Aber WLAN ist problematisch, da die Zugangsdaten per Email verschickt werden, also muss man die mobilen Daten anmachen um ins WLAN zu kommen. Nichts für Leute die Ruhe suchen, da der Campingplatz direkt neben einer Schnellstraße und Bahngleisen liegt. Alles in Allem war es für den Preis in Ordnung."

The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"
